hello there =)

this is so good. now i know how does it feel to be alone, have all the time in the world for yourself and relax. i love tonight. it's not too hot and cold, just the right temperature =) i am listening to 100percent bossa nova jazz music and right now i can imagine myself chilling by the beach and having a sip of my pina colada. ok ok mirah you have to stop day dreaming. OMG!! but what' the difference sitting in my room? i have this sort of like dim table lamp and it feels so calm. i love summer holidays, even when you're not traveling but all you need is time for your ownself to re-charge them batteries for third year! sighs! =( i manage to do quite a lot of researching for my dissertation today. woop woop!! today was the air show but i didn't got cos i heard that there's gonna be many people around and it was gonna be at seaburn. i bet it was crowded and the weather was fine but a little bit hot so i decided to go to town and get some shopping done =) =)

i so cannot imagine myself sitting in front of the laptop next semester which isn't pleasant. here comes more and more essays which more words to accomplish. eeeeewwww :(

i also received a sad news from Malaysia regarding Yasmin Ahmad ( a very talented and one of a kind producer of movies and advertisements has passed away). RIP and may god bless her soul. She will definitely be missed by all of us :'(

what a rainy day :(

why does it always have to rain? sighs! first you get a little bit of sunshine in the afternoon and when it comes to the evening, there it goes again. it starts pouring :( i have been staying at home since tuesday. that was the last time i went to town. such a pity. i dont understand the british weather at all, it is so UNPREDICTABLE. i guess summer days are over and autumn is here which is not pleasant at all. that's when all the lovely flowers start to fall. huhu and people start wearing dark and gloomy clothes. i just realized that sunderland hasn't got much things to do as well as newcastle :(

ok, enough bragging about the weather. what have i been doing during the summer? oh well, just chilling ( never thought that i will have enough time to rest) well i deserve it so much after all the staying up and hard work during assignment week. besides that, i have been learning to cook which is a good thing. hehe because next time when i come back, i can cook for all of you :) :) and lastly, taking my own sweet time preparing for my dissertation which is gonna be killer in third year.

back. (: I'm actually very surprised that I actually found time to blog. That's very good isn't it.

I have a terrible migraine the whole day maybe cos it's a girl thing and that the weather was so HOT ( very surprisingly) haish!! I got myself the Manuka honey which mom said is good to take, I guess my parents are turning into health freaks right now lol :p it's nothing wrong innit, probably it's the age that's making them do all this.

I managed to to clean my room with all my clothes lying around ( Note- it is NOT on the floor, ok he he). Hmmmm, what else did i do today? I applied for 4 more jobs today. Why is it so hard for these people to get back to me? Cant be because of the recession isn't it cause the pound has increased A LOT compared to those days where it was only 5.2 and now it is bladdy 5.8. I knew it this people WILL NEVER EVER feel in deep shit at all. I hate it and we people have to suffer. Sighs!!

As you can see I have attached some pictures of me LOL :p Don't be shocked but that's what I do when I'm tooooooooo CRAZY.

I wonder what ever happened to the airplane ( Air France) that went missing for quite some time? Did they ever found it? I was trying to find out what had happened to it, or maybe I've not been updating myself with the news. I need to find the answer though.

On the other hand, I've managed to finish another novel which about two couples falling in love when the women discovers that she has been having a de ja vu ever since she was involved in a terrible accident. It is quite sweet to see how they they fall in love after having donating blood :) Right now, I'm on this second novel which is called 'Where Rainbow Ends' which is mainly about fate ( I'm very excited to know the ending though he he) Besides that, I've been applying for quite a few jobs and I'm still waiting for them to answer. ^ fingers crossed^

P/S- I have uploaded a picture of me when Sunderland had its bright warm and sunny days. But unfortunately it's all over and it has been raining for the last few days. We will be expecting rain the whole of next week too :'(

i return =)

back again, after 2 months not updating my blog. ive totally forgot about it but i shall try my best to keep it updated most of the time. right now, you would want to know where i am. - back at the library which will be my 2nd home till i finish all of my assingnments. that wont be till the end of this month. i cant believe how time flies, it is already May and the next thing you know is august which is the month i will be home sweet home.

ive just turned 21 last monday. it wasnt the BEST ever celebration i had cause uni had to start on monday. this made it so hard for me to even ease my mind and have fun because the next day i had class. sighs!!!!! it's ok, everything happens for a reason innit so just have to be patient. i did receive some nice and pleasant birthday presents which invcluded myself shopping ( he he :P it's a MUST), GOOD RESULTS =) yay!! and lovely people who wished me. that's all i need and the rest can be set aside. i promise to upload them pictures when i have the time ok??

tired, lazy and sleepy =( how enjoying and pleasant the weather is for the last few weeks. it's goes down to -2 deg. when will it spring/summer? soon and when it comes i cannot wait to be out there with my shorts and t-shirt. at least it puts me in the mood to do some work and puts a big smile on my face. right now, everything is so gloomy and dull.

ok enough of the weather. what's happening? i've been to dentist, i'm lucky that it's cheap =) i had to do scalling and since i'm under NHS, they charged me 16pounds excluding the medicine and mouth wash , it all came up to 27 pounds. i got really freaked out when i saw the amount of blood in the sink. it was so painful when she did the scalling. i need to get floss tomorrow. i really do hope it cures as soon as possible.

hurm, uni is stressful. it's getting harder and complicated. due to that fact, i'm gonna increse my revsion hours and i guess i'll be seen always at st peters or murray =) well, it'll be worth it at the end of the day , innit blood? lol :P

should i change my pillows? i've bought them when i got back in september from debenhams but now polyester filling is all over the place and sometimes it feels uncomfortable when i sleep. sigh! so much problems la. i miss my cupcakes bed sheet. sob sob!! and i really wish i can change the colour of my curtains. it's UGLY!!!!!

and finally my penguin got the chance to play snow as well he he.. i brought him out last sunday and took a picture of him. i'll upload it soon.

I have a few more days till i'm back to uni.. sigh! i'm excited but at the same time, i'm really scared with the work load for year 2.. huhu =( i heard that the first assignment is already 2500 words and it wont be the same like year 1, defo. i should be much more serious though lol ;)

on the other hand, there's nothing much new about me but i've started to google up recipes and learn how to cook them. guess what i've been cooking? i've actually made salmon steak with asaparagus, mushroom and mash potato =) i also learnt how to make korean food. interesting huh? i made bulgogi beef and the korean spicy noodles. i think i can cook any type of cuisine in the future already. he he =P 

that's how i spent my time besides going to the gym.

Mirah is back after 2months? That is a long time.. I have totaly forgotten about my blog.. I will try to update it as frequent as i can =)

Firstly, i'm excited with my PENGUIN he he :P I'm gonna upload the picture now so that you can all see him. Yay!

isnt he CUTE? he's actually holding a wine bottle. thanks to becky for allowing me to borrow it for the snapshot lol :P

on the other hand, im doing great. im waiting for the job replies. i've submitted my CV to various places. some places include me working with disabled children but i heard that you need to do a crminal record because you'll be handling with children and the other one is with the bank. still awaiting for them to reply.

uni starts on the 2nd so right now, i'm busy with gym because i've told myself that by next month i need to loose them inches and weight. TARGET 53KG. he he =)

i'll be having 3 modules next semester which is :

a) Media Studies

b) Cultural Theory and Popular Culture.

c) Sexual Cultures

I managed to get myself a new bed sheet at Argos and it's PINK =) he he! and went to do food shopping at Marks and Spencer. It's all good food =) finally I got my strawberry cake.
